When does my subscription end after cancellation?

Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period. You'll continue to have access to premium features until then.

Can I get a refund for unused time?

Refunds are processed according to our refund policy timeframes. If you're within the eligible period, you may receive a full or prorated refund.

Can I get a full refund if I change my mind?

Yes, we offer a full refund if requested within 7 days of purchase, provided the features haven’t been actively used (e.g., no matches viewed or messages sent).

Can I convert my remaining subscription to a donation?

Yes, if you choose to discontinue your subscription, you have the option to convert the unused portion into a donation to the Ashram expansion project.

What happens to my matches after cancellation?

Your existing matches and conversations remain intact. However, you'll lose access to premium features like unlimited likes and super likes.

Can I reactivate my subscription later?

Yes, you can resubscribe at any time through the app. Your profile and match history will be preserved.
