How do I create an account?

Creating an account is easy! Simply visit our website, click on "Sign Up", and follow the instructions. You will need to provide some basic information and attach your Pranic Healing / Arhatic Yoga certificate. The Admin Team reviews and approves new registrations, usually within 24 hours.

Can my parents/relatives register on my behalf?

We don’t recommend any third party creating the profiles. Only Pranic/Arhatic Singles are allowed to create their profiles for themselves.

How can I search for the profiles?

It is in giving that you receive! If you give one profile of yours, the forum will give you many!!! Search unlocks once your profile is at least 70% complete. Adding photos is the fastest way to get there — they count for up to 30% of your completion.

How can I approach other Singles?

Send an Interest from a member's profile or search card. If they accept, it's a match — you can then chat with them right here on the platform. Depending on your plan, you can also view a member's contact details (email / WhatsApp) to reach out directly. Members control whether their WhatsApp number is visible.

How do I upload photos to my profile?

Open your profile and choose "Edit Profile" to add photos — you can upload up to 10. Photos also count towards your profile completion (up to 30%), so a good gallery helps unlock features faster. We recommend a variety of photos that show different aspects of your personality.

Can I add a video introduction to my profile?

Yes! You can upload an optional video introduction (up to 60 seconds) from your profile. Every video is reviewed by the Admin Team before it appears to other members, and it follows the same visibility settings as your photos.

I am currently separated (not yet divorced) — can I create a profile?

Not yet. Members whose marital status is Separated cannot create or maintain a matrimony profile, as we feel it is too early in the journey to search for a new partner. Instead, we warmly invite you to join our WhatsApp Practices Group and continue your practices with the community. Once your divorce is finalised, you are most welcome to return and create your profile as Divorced. Divorced, Widowed, and Annulled members are always welcome.

What happens when I match with someone?

When you send an Interest and the other member accepts it (or you accept theirs), you become a match. You'll find your matches under My Connections → Matches and in AM Chat, where either of you can start the conversation. Matches don't expire — start chatting whenever you're ready.

Where can I see all my Interests, matches, and shortlisted profiles?

Everything lives in My Connections, with five tabs: Received (Interests waiting for your response), Sent, Matches, Shortlisted, and Blocked. From any search card you can also act in one tap — send an Interest, shortlist a profile to revisit later, or block.

Why did a match disappear from my list?

A match disappears if the other member removed the match, blocked you, or their account is no longer active. For privacy reasons, we don't show which of these happened.

Can I change my match preferences later?

Yes, anytime. Open Partner Preferences from your profile to update age range, height, marital status, religion, mother tongue, profession, habits, and location. You can also apply filters directly on the Search page — including income range — each time you search.

How can I improve my chances of finding a match?

Complete your profile — a fuller profile with photos, About Myself, and partner preferences builds trust and unlocks features as you go. Then be proactive: search regularly, send Interests, respond to the Interests you receive, and keep the conversation going once you match.

Can people outside my preferences see my profile?

Your profile is visible to all approved members once it reaches 70% completion. Preferences act as filters for your own search — they don't hide your profile from others. You can control photo visibility in your settings, and you can block any member you don't wish to interact with.

Who can send the first message?

Anyone can send the first message after a match has been established — chat is available on plans that include the chat feature. We encourage both parties to engage to start meaningful conversations!

Are messages monitored or reviewed?

Accepted Answer

No — the Team does not read your conversations, and messages are stored in encrypted form. If you ever receive a concerning message, use the Report option inside the chat; every report is reviewed by the Admin Team.

Can I send photos in messages?

Not at the moment — chat supports text and emojis. Your profile photos are the place to share pictures. (When reporting a chat, you can attach a screenshot as proof.)

How do I know if someone has read my message?

Every chat shows delivery ticks: a single grey tick means sent, a double grey tick means delivered, and a double blue tick means the message has been read.

How does Arhatic Matrimony protect my privacy?

All traffic to the platform is encrypted, and chat messages are stored in encrypted form. Your contact details are never shown publicly — they are revealed only to members whose plan includes contact views, and you control whether your WhatsApp number is visible. We never sell or share your personal data with third parties.

What should I do if I feel unsafe or receive inappropriate messages?

Use the Report option inside the chat — choose a reason (harassment, inappropriate content, spam, fake profile, or other), add a description, and attach a screenshot if you have one. The Admin Team reviews every report and takes appropriate action, which may include warning or disabling the account. You can also block the member instantly at any time.

Does Arhatic Matrimony verify user identities?

To maintain the authenticity of our community, every certificate is verified before registration is approved. Only verified members can join the platform.

Can I block someone from seeing my profile?

Accepted Answer

Yes, at any time. Use the Block button on their profile, or the block icon on their search card. Blocking is mutual and silent — neither of you will appear in the other's search or matches, no messages can be exchanged, and the other member is not notified. You can unblock anytime from Settings → Blocked Users.

How do I upgrade to a paid subscription?

Open the menu and go to Account → Manage Subscription, then choose the plan that suits you. Plans range from Basic (1 month) and Basic Plus / Basic Pro (3 months) up to Premium and Premium Elite bundles that include bonus months. Every plan lists exactly what's included before you pay.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to Account → Manage Subscription and choose "Cancel Recurring Payment". Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, and there are no cancellation fees.

Will my subscription automatically renew?

Yes, subscriptions renew automatically so your access is uninterrupted, and we email you a reminder 7 days before each renewal. To stop auto-renewal, use "Cancel Recurring Payment" in Manage Subscription — you keep full access until the period ends. (Plan upgrades are one-time purchases and do not auto-renew.)
